Store had its closing down sale with one week to go. Books were far too expensive considering this and staff even upmarked a book until I found one with the price tag. Layout was terrible. Books were in alphabetical with the author's FIRST name instead of last name, and one was even listed under the testimonials name instead of the author. Books were in fiction and non fiction, nothing more specific, and staff were rude when I was was asking questions until I actually bought something when she did a 180 and was suddenly lovely. Not surprised at all it's shutting down. If I wasn't a sucker for a good book I probably wouldn't have bought anything at all.
Poor service, poor knowledge of own books/stock, poor layout, poor organization. Not sure how to find anything if staff don't event know where anything is.
