Not bad coffee, not boutique coffee but pretty good coffee here
Great service and nice food
I recently worked here in order to get a job at the cafe although to my distraught the manager was very assertive and was focusing on the negatives instead of motivating and encouraging me to do better. After all of this I did not get paid for my trial of 7 hours and was left feeling distressed and overwhelmed by the amount of pressure I was put through on day one. I do not recommend this place to any job seekers.
Disgusting service, horrible food and is no doubt set up for failure. Would rate 0 stars if possible, let me explain why.Firstly, their staff is highly unprofessional, not only in their food but their uncustomer service. Multiple strands of hair was found in meals meaning their chefs do not follow code of conduct and wearing hairnets. Subsequently, after the discovery of hairs they removed the meal and never came back with another meal, no apology, no explanation.They also were not concerned with how satisfied a customer is, asking the customer to leave their seat and go to the counter to take a menu instead of handing it to the customer. I have never seen a successful restaurant repeat this behaviour. It is no wonder they are advertising all over Groupon to save their business.Good luck with your business. You will need it with this low level of service.
Not an enjoyable experience.- uncomfortable seats in an open area of the shopping centre,- coffee was overheated,- the egg whites of the sunny-side up eggs was still raw,- there were still strands of raw egg white in the scrambled eggs,- the chorizo sausages tasted rancid,- the hash browns tasted like the oil was old,- the owners weren't interested in taking on the feedback.Given the price that they're charging, my recommendation is to avoid risking the potential food poisoning and go somewhere decent.
