Had a very bad experience with this store in Forest Hills. They had bad customer service and would not refund or exchange a suit purchased at $299. Instead only doing it for the reduced price of $99. Even with proof of purchase. Don't bother shopping here it is a waste of time and money

Not impressed!They seem to have lost the suit that I ordered and was fitted for last FridayThey said it would be there today ThursdayAnd for some reason hadn't made it out of alterations. Only trouser length to adjust!Only reason I didn't give it one star was because they acknowledged the problemand the salesmen were obliging, particularly the older man .
