Both admin/reception staff, nurses and GPs have been lovely. Dr Shalini Wickmarasinghe listens, gets to know her pateints well and is very thorough, she provides a lot of information.I'd also recommend them as LGBTQ friendly, they've been lovely about my wife and I (aside from an early mistake in calling us Mr and Mrs instead of Mrs and Mrs, whichthey corrected), and helpful through her transition.

I have experienced a huge improvement in services in the last six months. Management and staff have made a big effort and the results are excellent. "New" Dr. Shalini is wonderful: very knowledgeable, competent and empathetic; and I understand the newly-employed Podiatrist is a great asset also.
