Terrible customer service. Everything is so ridiculously extorted prices. It is such a pity that I cannot give them zero out of five as one insults those whom received a single score.
I pay nearly $60 per month to use the pool and sauna but most of the time there's barely 3 lanes devoted to the swimming public. Not happy.
My kids do lessons here each week and it's great. The only issue is parking at peaks time 10am at 9 or by 11.30 it's fine
Coin operated lockers with no ability to get cash out... the only option they offered was to leave your valuables in your car and leave your car keys in the open... surely in 2018 you can come up with a better system than this? Never again.
