The lighting in this store is so ridiculously glaring that it actually hurts your eyes to stand outside the store, let alone go in. This would likely be an occupational health and safety risk for the staff to be exposed to this environment for prolonged periods of time. Seriously Pandora, do something about this. I would like to shop here, however, will not go in until the lighting is hugely reduced.
