Extremely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The receptionist NEDA was extremely poor with handling our complaints, argumentative, and even rang my mobile# in the morning just to ask if we were gonna check out as there was someone else who's booked our room. HOW TERRIBLE. Even her manager Eloura was extremely rude, when we made an honest opinion about how Neda should be mindful dealing with clients, she immediately burst out saying "is that a threat? if it is we will be taking action against you." And we stood there in shock like is this a manager? bragging a 4.5 star hotel with this kind of people running the hotel. On top of that, there was a chocolate bar in the fridge that we ate and just realised after it was expired(we have photos of it). I wouldn't recommend this hotel with this kind of people running it. 1/10 total experience.

Your centre is the best I have ever used perfectly organized always executed positive feedback, Your professionalism and customer service was exemplary and absolutely first class. This is the reason why we use Canterbury over other training venues. Elizabeth

I was very disappointed with the overnight MANAGER. He LIED, STOLE, and called the police to EVICT me. The property have my passport in their possession and will not return it. I had to file a police report to obtain a new passport as I am travelling overseas in January. I was very disgusted I was evicted after my weeks accomodation was made in full. The hotel are currently holding my $200 bond and will not return my emails or calls. Some staff were exceptional and should be commended for their level of professionalism. Facilities and food classic. Matthew

A work conference. Great facilities. Friendly service. Continental breakfast had limited items, but full breakfast was available. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pod coffee machines in the conference room was noisy and slow. Filter coffee pots would be more appropriate.
