I'm not one to usually complain especially in a public forum such as this but there's some things that are just unacceptable. Delivery came 45 minutes late. Pizza was cold (though The Lot tasted good) and the garlic cheese bread was burnt. I understand that cases like this happen every once in a while especially with unforeseen circumstances but I just hope that no one else gets to experience this moving forward.
I ordered from here last Tuesday last week. I ordered on the way home from work. The lady I spoke to said it will be around 50min for delivery. I got home and 50min passed and still no delivery. I called them to find out where the delivery was and they checked and they told me it was still on the way. 5min passed than 10min and still no sign of the delivery. I called them back and asked them where the delivery was and they checked and they than went on to tell me that I never placed an order? I called them before and quite firmly told them that I wanted a delivery and told them all the details. Absolutely not good at all. Thankyou very much. You have just lossed a customer. I never will be going back to you again. Very very disappointed. Really need to pick up your game.

The new management is awesome.. no more minimum eftpos and the pizzas are 10 times better. Going back there craving for more.
