Female owner is extremely rude.
Tried to give very small bag of medicine for destruction. Was told quite bluntly they couldnt take it and would have to go to my regular pharmacist ( I dont actually have a regular pharmacist). I have NEVER had any other pharmacy refuse to take old medication for destruction. Surely part of their role is to make sure old medications are appropriately disposed of. I will not shop here again under any circumstances. Very unprofessional.
Regularly attend this pharmacy as it's well stocked however will not be returning after witnessing disgraceful customer service displayed by the manager this weekend. The manager carried on and showed no interest in resolving the problem for the customer and rudely dismissed them.
Nice and friendly staff. A little overpriced but in a convenient place.
