I have to laugh at the people complaining about slow customer service when all they want to do is send a quick package... they have self serve checkouts for everything now, and have had for over a year. Anything done by waiting in line is the complicated stuff - passport photos, etc. I always see staff remove people from the line and take them to the self serve checkouts to show them how to use it, despite the instructions being super clear on screen with visual aids and everything.
Rude and pretty bad customer service .
Long wait times especially passport services completely block the que even for customers requiring to post a quick parcel. Definitely separate que is required.
Queue times so bad I may as well deliver the package myself. Self checkout machine needs staff intervention, defeating the purpose of self checkout.
We went there to get our passports renewed. We came here from Burwood post office, having a bad experience there. At Forest Hill, the woman who served us was very helpful, friendly and efficient. We were able to get the passports done in about 5-10 minutes, with no appointment required.Additionally, there was no fuss with the forms being incorrect, they were just fine. Congratulations on your wonderful customer service!
