I had a problem with my family and I had to get them back from Tassie,i was only in the flight centre for 30 minutes Tops, Family members were On the very next flight. The staff were extremely helpful to have the problem solved.
Would give this place 0 stars if i could. Got served by Leigh, a grumpy middle aged man that didn't even greet us, it felt like he wanted to be left alone to contemplate his life. While he was serving us he spent 5 min clicking furiously in silient, we weren't sure if he was trying to book us a ticket or was playing candy crush. After waiting for him to stop clicking (felt like 10 min) we were told he wasn't able to help us. We came here thinking retail would provide better or more personable experience than online, wasn't the case today. It was a complete waste of our time. We ended up buying tickets online. Save your time, just go online.

Have used Flight Centre Forest Hill for International flights for many years. I have always found them to be very friendly and helpful, and never had a problem with any of the flights they have organised for me. Were very helpful when I had to cancel a trip twice due to unexpected health issues. Would definitely recommend them.
