Best SNS Ive had. Not sure why theres negative reviews, maybe theres been a change of staff.... I was given a gift certificate to this business and had great sns with extensions. So smooth and neat. I went again with a friend and we both had a great nails. Will definitely be going back - Paradise Nails at Forest Hill staff were so friendly! 10/10

Very rude staff!! Especially the manager she was doing my nails and can't even understand a word she said as she tried to speak very fast and broken english. I'm not coming back,worse place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and her friends attend Nail paradise and left scared and stressed.There nail procedures where so bad, workers very rude and no customer service, no idea about nails.The workers no what they charge and instead made up there own prices,which where double the price. At the end of the day this place should be called hell nails.They had a booking and they made them wait over 1 hour and still where taking in walk in customers. Keep away from this salon as u will end up in hospital with infections unknown.

The manicure lasted all of 5 mins. The lady who did the manicure did not even clean the inside of the nails, the filing was uneven and I came out looking like a child had painted my nails.The pedicure was no better. The gel polish they used was not cnd shellac although they said it's shellac. Anyways, this is the first time that I saw shellac polish messed and look strange. Shellac is like mirror finish but not if you get it done at this joint. I could have thrown my money down the drain rather than waste it here.
