Im in the same boat as Sharon H.The regular lady that threads eyebrows there absolutely ruined my once-nice eyebrows! :( Its taken more than 6 months for them to partially start growing back and my left one stll has patches throughout and was so thin for so long.She was extremely rough and quick.I will never go back.Please do not ever go here for eyebrow threading.I dont know about their other services- could be good.
Customer service was nil today. Not a usual lady, looks so new to the salon. Very impolite and straight away rejects me. Felt like I went to beg there. Never ever going to this salon hereafter. Ladies be kind to your customers, otherwise you wont get any business in future.

I would give zero stars if possible. They absolutely butchered my eyebrows. They didn't pay any attention to my instructions, rushed it (even though I was the only customer there) and now my formerly thick, arched eyebrows are 2 different shapes, extremely thin and tadpole like. I nearly cried when I saw their work. They could tell how bad it looked and said "you don't have to pay" along with a million other excuses. To make it worse I have cuts on my skin which I have never had at any other threading salon. To say I regret going there would be the understatement of the century
