First time I was here I was quoted one price at the door for a haircut and charged a different price, more. Second time, paid $100 for some colour to cover grey roots. Afterwards, while blowdrying the lady looked through my hair and pretended it'd done the job. When I got home and checked, I realised the colour hadn't taken - AT ALL. Called up to complain. Manager reluctantly listened to my reasonable complaint - kept interrupting instead of listening - and ended up offering another session but no refund. I said no thanks! Never again!
