Very unprofessional, book appointment and then call to cancel in the morning when we have made all our plans around it ,the only reason being is that they do not piercing up until 11am , ridiculous, if you promise to the customer then you deliver regardless of the rules you got in place. Your store needs to focus more on customer service and going above and beyond to help your customers
Katlyn has cut and coloured my hair about 4 times now. I have been really impressed by her professionalism and the service she provides. My hair always looks amazing when I leave the salon and she always styles it for me at the end too. I will continue to see her for my hair as she does an excellent job
