I am afraid even one star is too much, can't even rate them. Appalling customer service. It's our school's only uniforms' supplier and they have not gotten the necessary stock, particularly at the beginning of the year when so many Preps are starting! Over a month waiting for stock to arrive.
Enormous amount of run around and delays. do not pick up the phone and when they finally they do not get back to you as promised. My son starting tomorrow and we still don't have most of our order in and that is after a month and two trips to the shop.I do not recommend them.
